We’ve unveiled our latest TV advert as part of our ongoing ‘British Original’ campaign – a celebration of our people, customers and the nation. Directed by Emmy award winner (and Grammy nominee) Miles Jay, the ad celebrates the big and small journeys in life that help shape a person’s future. It stars our very own flight and cabin crew colleagues, plus music by renowned singer-songwriter Saint Saviour. “This film shows the beauty of flying,” says Jay, who calls it a “coming-of-age story told through the dreams of a sleeping newborn on its first flight”. Shop and collect Avios from the comfort of the lounges

Retail junkies, rejoice: from this month, you’ll be able to splash your cash from the comfort of British Airways lounges thanks to QR shopping codes now printed on each of the tables in our Business Lounges at Heathrow T5: Galleries Club Lounge Terminal 5A (North and South), and our Galleries Club Lounge in Terminal 5B. Scan the QR code and you’ll be taken to the British Airways shopping portal, where you can reserve products for purchase and have them delivered direct to your lounge seat within minutes, where payment will be taken on hand-held card machines.
