You can collect and spend Avios
Reward Flights, car hire and hotel stays are just some of the treats in store thanks to those valuable little things we call Avios. As an Executive Club Member, you automatically accrue Avios on eligible flights (with BA or any of our oneworld® partners), affiliated credit card partnerships, fuel purchases and everyday shopping at shopping.ba.com (which features more than 1,000 brands) or on your groceries at Sainsbury’s – so collecting them is easy. With BA’s route network covering more than 170 destinations in 70 countries, it’s deciding where to spend them that’s the hard part...
You have your own Rewards App
Staying up to date with your Avios status and the latest available Avios-collection offers is a breeze, thanks to the dedicated Rewards app for Members. Not only does it promote the latest flight, holiday and car hire offers, but it also allows you to shop with your favourite online retailers and collect Avios while you do it. So, whether it’s a takeaway, a new outfit or a bouquet of flowers you’re after, you’ll never miss an Avios offer again.
You can earn rewards faster with a household account
If you frequently fly with family or other members of your household, you can earn rewards faster by opening a free household account. Simply set it up, add up to six people (including children) who live with you and start saving. Any member of the account can use the pooled Avios (the fee is split proportionately between individual account holders), while each member will continue to earn Tier Points and enjoy the benefits of membership separately.
You can collect Tier Points
Each year, you can collect Tier Points on flights taken with British Airways (or a oneworld® partner), moving you up through the Tiers and unlocking benefits such as lounge access, Fast Track security and priority check-in and boarding along the way. The Tier thresholds themselves have been reduced by 25 per cent until June 2022, making it easier than ever to advance.
