Supporting grassroots rugby clubs
Ahead of a summer filled with sporting wonders, British Airways is kicking off the season by launching the British Airways Spaces for All Fund. This joint initiative with England Rugby will help to support more than 30 grassroots rugby clubs over the next three years, with the hopes of continuing to welcome and grow participation in the women’s game. The investment will help local rugby clubs to upgrade social spaces, creating a more welcoming environment that is more accessible and inclusive for women and girls. British Airways elevates the festival experience
Lucky enough to have tickets to this summer’s American Express presents BST Festival? British Airways is making your festival experience even more unforgettable. The airline will be inviting festivalgoers to visit the British Airways Bar, located opposite the Rainbow Stage. Here, you can enjoy an exclusive ‘cocktail flight’ – a specially crafted drinks menu inspired by the spirit of the skies and music icons lighting up the stage, including Olivia Rodrigo, Stevie Wonder and Sabrina Carpenter.
But the fun doesn’t stop at the bar. British Airways is also hosting a free silent disco and a Glamdroid-style photo booth – perfect for capturing your festival look from all angles. And every day something exciting is taking off, with the chance to win exclusive prizes. What’s more, premium ticketholders can unwind at the exclusive British Airways Beach House, offering terraced views of the Great Oak Stage.
No ticket? No problem. Visit during Open House days to enjoy the full festival vibe – including free films at the Open House Outdoor Cinema, presented by British Airways.
For those not attending the festival, British Airways is bringing summer festival vibes to its lounges and flights. Travellers can enjoy festival-themed cocktails in select lounges and tune into a curated Festival playlist on board featuring artists from past and present lineups.

The BA Better World Community Fund supports the DEC
The BA Better World Community Fund creates life-changing opportunities by supporting community initiatives. Between May and December, your on-board donations will assist its important work with its five principle charity partners: Alzheimer’s Society, The Earthshot Prize, The King’s Trust, the British Red Cross and the Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC). Each month, we will be shining a light on a different charity partner. Up first is the DEC.
The Disasters Emergency Committee brings together 15 leading UK aid charities with a shared mission to save, protect and rebuild lives at times of humanitarian crisis overseas. It works with trusted local partners and charity experts in delivering food, water, shelter, healthcare and more, even in the harshest of environments. British Airways has supported the DEC for more than a decade, enabling it to respond to more than 15 crises in this time, including the earthquakes in Myanmar earlier this year. The airline’s colleagues and customers have helped the DEC raise more than £2m in vital funds – used to get aid to people who need it urgently.
