Summer fun in our lounges
British Airways is kicking off the summer with plenty of treats for all ages. At London Heathrow and Gatwick airports, families can look out for British Airways mascots Peggy and Leon (above) at check-in at weekends. Meanwhile, in the Club lounges, little ones can tuck into the dedicated kids’ buffet while adults enjoy a refreshing summer cocktail.

The King’s Trust focuses on supporting young people aged 11 to 30 in the UK
Supporting The King’s Trust through the BA Better World Community Fund
From May to December, your on-board donations will help fund the BA Better World Community Fund and its five key charity partners: Alzheimer’s Society, The Earthshot Prize, The King’s Trust, British Red Cross and the Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC). Each month, we spotlight one of these causes – this July, it’s The King’s Trust.
Formerly The Prince’s Trust, The King’s Trust empowers young people across the UK to gain confidence, skills and access to job opportunities. Since 2023, British Airways has partnered with the charity to deliver Get Into Aviation – a programme giving young people hands-on experience and a pathway into the aviation industry.
